Buzz Off Mosquito Solutions (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions.


By opting in to or participating in the Program (e.g., by providing your phone number and affirmatively consenting), you accept and agree to these terms, including the separate consent for marketing messages where applicable. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.


Program Description and Types of Messages: You can expect to receive SMS/MMS messages concerning service notifications (e.g., appointment reminders, treatment updates), delivery notifications (e.g., confirmation of service completion), and, if you separately opt-in, marketing communications (e.g., special offers, seasonal promotions).


Message Frequency: Message frequency varies (e.g., up to 3 messages per appointment, no more than 5 per month, or as needed based on your interactions).
